Rename draft to 2025-03-draft

We should try to release the next version before next WF.

How about aiming for 2025-03? That would allow us to test at NAC 2025.

Do you mean NAC? In that case, it depends on what we put in, since that leaves us not so much time to implement stuff between freezing the spec and running a contest. The current changes are small (if I check the changelog) but if we would add removed intervals before then, that would be bigger I think.

That being said, we should lock it at some point, even if we don't use it this season. With the current ICPC season, there is never a long period without contests.

+1 to public plan to release in March, but prefer not to rename the branch - seems like something we'd just need to 'undo' the moment we branch in March.
