How to Update Custom Field Value? #26

Hi Friends I am using setCustomfiled.
My requrement is to update its field value

ie Email='Valid'
when i run again it shoud show Email='Invalid'

But Currently its giving me Email='Valid' and Email='Invalid' 2 times

How to resolve this issue
