cannot download/install correct ARCH

It's installing amd64 version even if I use M1.

And on Linux ARM, it tries to install amd64 as well.

Tho, when I download the correct binary manually, it runs as expected.

In my real test, everything works well on ARM linux and ARM M1 darwin.
