EPIC: Improve the UX of the CLI

Let's improve the UX of the Ignite CLI tool.

Three main goals:

• Streamline the process of building and launching with the CLI
• Make it as intuitive as possible for new or inexperienced users
• Include power-user friendly shortcuts and improvements for seasoned users

Let's also use this as an opportunity to begin to add better documentation to https://docs.ignite.com/

@scottcarterco I like these as overall goals. I guess now the next step is to identify the actual pain points with using the CLI. Have you experienced any during you time using it?

Hey @aljo242 I have used it a number of times and have observed others using it too for tasks such as scaffolding a chain and launching. There are some that have been identified from both a presentation perspective and commands to be added and/or update to simplify and or improve different workflows to make it easier for all, including first-time users.
