Describe the bug
Riqi-Tio, when loaded from the NPC list, is loaded with a Moogle Cap, Red Summer Trunks, and Smallclothes everywhere else.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to NPC Load
Choose Riqi-Tio
Load
Witness bug

Expected behaviour
Riqi-Tio should be wearing a Raincoat, Cropped Wool Legs and Raptorskin Shoes.
