The exception was raised when I clicked on the download link in the email on my local.
Example of the download link in the email: http://localhost:3000/rails/active_storage/disk/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsibWVzc2FnZSI6IkJBaDdDVG9JYTJWNVNT
