feat(YTM): Add an option to force the new YTM layout

Feature description

If possible, try to add an option to enable the New YTM layout (player, etc) which'll forcefully enable the YTM layout.

Motivation

There are so many users who got the new YTM layout on official YTM, but they are not getting it on RVX. Even clean installation not working.

This option will be useful for those people who also want the new layout on RVX too.

The experimental flags available at this time are as follows:

• Change action bar position
• Change seekbar position
• Enable thick seekbar
• Enable new action bar (Smaller action bar and Song / Video button)
