Whispers coming through as OnChat #9

The messageType of whispers is being set to 'chat', so all whispers are directed to OnChat with no way to identify them :(

As an update to this, it looks the messageType is set to "whisper" when directed to OnCommand so may be fixed? Will need to investigate.
