🐛 Describe the bug

To port upstream UT to XPU backend we requires the xpu backend support for these APIs :

  • torch.cuda.amp.autocast for test_ops.py test_fake_crossref_backward_amp
  • torch.testing._internal.common_device_type._has_sufficient_memory for test_nn.py::TestNNDeviceType::test_avg_pool_large_tensor
