🚀 The feature, motivation and pitch

FP8 matmul compute wrong result in OneDNN 3.5 when the matrix contains fp8 maximum or minimum. This bug is fixed in oneDNN 3.6. This OP will be suspended until stock pytorch update oneDNN.
