I noticed when testing this plugin that the Customer ID shows up in the email. When you reply to the customer they do not need to see that they are the third, fourth and so on customer to have purchased something.

There is no real benefit to the admin of the shop seeing the ID either since when searching in the Customers section of the Admin Panel typing in the customers email address will quickly bring up the customer if you needed to look at the customers account for something.

It was really easy for me to remove the Customer ID from the email in the plugin file regardless of this officially being changed though I still don't see it's purpose of being there by default.
