描述 / Describe the Bug

封装子进程 defunct 后, venus-worker 不报错。
在某些错误的情况下，即使 venus-worker 封装子进程还是会反复 defunct。导致没机会 abort sector 或者重置 sealing_thread 状态。无法继续封装。

重现步骤 / Repo Steps

  1. 启动 venus-worker
  2. 等某个封装进程 defuct。或者直接 kill 掉对应的封装进程
  3. venus-worker 没有报错
