@jbenet wants to break the "everything feels local" concept and have a command that lets you pull objects from specified hosts.

$ ipfs pull ipfs.jero.my:8080/QmBlah

not quite, i want:

# pull down all refs we're tracking. (need a concept of tracking like git)
ipfs pull

# pull down a ref (+children) from anywhere
ipfs pull <ref>

# pull down a ref (+children) from specific remote
ipfs pull <remote> <ref>
