I see for example that only 13 out of 27 languages have the postbox-notification string translated.

Isso used to use Transifex (Isso project at transifex) but since no recent contributions had come from there, all references and import scripts were removed in #824 (ddbe652, beb85e8, d3185ec).

Afaik, only posativ and jelmer have access to the project at Transifex - both of which have not been active lately.
