Thank you for developing Gviz it's a very nice tool. However, it is kind of difficult to plot a large (20-30) set of regions without not showing gene names. Right now the options of genes names are left, right, top. But this might not be dynamic enough to capture the labeling. Is it possible to add an option to have the symbol names of the gene models on the margins rather than next to the gene-model itself?
For example, in the plot below I'm interested on a region within an intron. I would like to see the gene names on the margin similar to what can be done on the UCSC genome browser:
