Support for Adding Custom Options to resolv.conf

Description

I am trying to add custom options to the resolv.conf file in addition to updating the nameserver. Currently, it is possible to update the nameserver via the webhook code and rebuild the image. However, I also need the ability to include custom options such as:

options ndots:5 use-vc

Expected Behavior

The resolv.conf file should allow adding custom options like:

options ndots:5 use-vc
