running redmine in a container is not possible to install something inside it when the main process is stopped.
There is workaround, such as runnig the container with replaced command (like top -b), and proceed with plugin installation.
Is that the case? why is so important to stop redmine during this plugin installation? I did not heard it for other plugins.
