Hello,

I worked for one campany, who gives me the access to suscription Azure as User.

Then, I left for another campany, we work on Azure as Well. They give me access to their suscription azure, but I CAN'T Login

The problem is 'your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.'
When I login azure portal with this account, it is redirected to the auth page of my last company, and I can not event go to the portal, because my account is locked.

I think my last company has locked my account, but who is the support person pls? When I login azure, It is directly redirected to my last company, how to swith to the new company, I have already the access for the new company.

If my last company lock my personal account, I can not login for the new company?

Thanks

(I don't work for Microsoft, and I don't maintain this plugin.)

Do you have the problem when you're logging in to Jenkins via Azure AD, or when logging in to something else?

It is possible to have two Microsoft accounts for the same email address in different organisations, with separate passwords.

If you are not using Jenkins: At https://login.microsoftonline.com/, there should be a login options button (not sure what it is in English) right on the front page where it asks you to type the email address or phone number. If you click that, then it should offer logging in via GitHub or logging in to an organisation. Choose the latter and type the Azure AD domain name of your new employer. (Ask your employer what to use here; they might be using one domain for their web pages and a different one for Azure AD.) Are you able to log in that way?

For logging in to Jenkins though, the flow might be different because the plugin already knows the correct Azure AD tenant ID.
