Regression from 0.9.3: Background color for menu

This is about the Bulma CSS framework

I'm using Bulma version 1.0.2

Description

In Bulma 0.9.3, you could set the background color of a "menu" component, e.g. "has-background-light", and it would work as expected.
Since Bulma 1.0, this gives silly results.
