The jit pair app just kind of opens then crashes

I dont really know what happened but when I open the app it just stays there for a couple of seconds and then closes. It doesnt let me type or do anything.

I assume you mean the executable?

If you open it directly, it will close immediately after running the script. You should open a CLI like cmd or Powershell, and then navigate to the executable or - very simple - drag and drop it into the command line and press enter.

The script will fail the first time because on your iDevice you have to trust the PC to create the mobiledevicepairing file, so just run it again after trusting. Press the up arrow key and enter again to do so.
