Hello,
I have a table in a div in another scrolable div. When I scroll, the titles get sticky but they also "teleport" at top:0 of the window before going back at top of the scrolable div. It's look like a flicker each time I scroll.

Any idea?

This seems to be the same as issue #107.

My pull request #149 fixes the issue, but it's not merged yet
