Add config option to disable code viewer

I can't currently find some way to disable the code viewer that is on the right side of the screen. It would be nice to have it because sometime it takes up alot of space.

If this somehow already exists then it might only need a doc update.

Thanks for the request! Right now there is no way to disable that.

ptpdb development had a break for a few months, after I made the initial proof of concept. Since a few weeks, I started working again on it and many changes are coming.
Expect to see a new, more configurable release that is a lot more polished in about a few months.

any news on this issue? I'm very fond of ptpdb but the code view just takes up unnecesary space for my use cases.
