MacOS Chrome permission is not saved

Describe the bug
Every now and then the extension's permission is reset. It is not clear when and why this happens. I need to go to Options of the extension, press Test configuration, the Chrome's permission dialog appears, where I need to tick "remember" checkbox.

This setting is not being "remembered" and reset after some time or action (not clear why and when).

The same computer has a Firefox setup and the same extension there works without resetting permission.
