FRE: Allow creating new style using built-in styles

Here's my case: for some of my projects I use Google Checks built-in style BUT with some exceptions. So I have created suppressions.xml for these exceptions and can use it alltogether. But my problem is that current version of the plugin do not allow me to reuse built-in checks. If'd like to have i.e. 2 different configs, both using i.e Google Checks but with different suppressions.xml than I cannot do that. Would be great if this dialog:

could also allow selecting built-in checks.

Thanks for the suggestion. It seems a fair request, and I don't think it'd be too hard to do, however I offer no promises at present - I haven't used the plugin myself for years, and hence my desire to work on it comes in fits and starts.
