When you open a specific Ingredient, what controls what is listed in the "USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR" area of the page? Below are 3 screenshots to show my confusion.
1st Screenshot - Here you can see the ingredient page for "Rum - Jamaican Lightly Aged". I don't know why "Bourbon Whiskey" is marked as a possible Substitute.
2nd and 3rd Screenshot - Ingredient Edit pages for both "Rum - Jamaican Lightly Aged" and "Bourbon Whiskey" so you can see what is declared in the "Recipe Matching" section for each ingredient.
So how do I control what is listed in the "USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR" area here [1st screenshot, highlighted red rectangle area]?
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
"Used as a substite for" and "Can be substituted with" are tracked by substitute ingredients on cocktail recipe.
So if the recipe contains "Simple syrup" and defines "Agave syrup" as a substitute, on agave syrup page it will say "Used as a substitute for: Simple syrup".
