Hide from the menu the cocktails I can't make

Hello!

It can be interesting to be able to filter out from the public menu the cocktails I can not make due to missing ingredients.

This option can be useful when building a menu with all the cocktail I usually/want to make. The menu will then automatically update when I'm running out of an ingredient and can not make some cocktails.

A checkbox can be added on the menu configuration view to enable or not this feature.

An other approach could be to show an "Out of stock" indicator next to the cocktail on the menu to highlight that the cocktail is usually available but not in the event of a missing ingredient.
