The location of the CloudTabs.db has moved with tat least Safari 15.4

local_user = getpass.getuser()
#cloudtabs_db = '/Users/%s/Library/Safari/CloudTabs.db' % local_user
cloudtabs_db = '/Users/%s/Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/Safari/CloudTabs.db' % local_user
