HELM_NAMESPACE set leads to resources status failing #132

To sum up, the issue is coming from some combination of namespace set in kubeconfig and also HELM_NAMESPACE env variable set when chart is installed

Version 1.0 (#147) has changed the approach to namespaces. This will need re-testing and reconsideration
