Clicking on the v1.3.0 badge now just opens the banner image in the new tab, it would be great if clicking on the v1.3.0 badge redirects to the actual v1.3.0

Unfortunately, we don't have control on that, AFAIK. It's generated by shield.io
If anyone can find a way to do so without ugly code, contributions are welcome
