Don't know if this is the right place to write this, but I've tried contacting your support team several times in the past month via mail, your website, and Twitter and they ignore my requests. For a paid service, your service is quite terrible.

This issue was fixed - just checked. Can you check it, please? If you still have this issue - please provide more details like image and optimization parameters.
