STEPS:

  1. Clear IndexedDB / unregister SWs
  2. Reload and toggle subscription button immediately

ISSUE:
Toggle button will activate and then deactivate immediately. Multiple tokens are generated (see screendump) when creating a new token. Toggling while tokens are being generated will subscribe "incorrect" device.

Screendumps:
Tested on localhost; console output shows multiple tokens, log viewer shows wrong token being subscribed
