Could go minimalist and only mark when surface form differs from the lemma (small number of Case=Gen, and non-trivial number of Number=Plur), or just go ahead and mark Case=Gen according to role in the sentence (which is what Irish does). Latter is easier to code up using grammatach scripts since current tagdict.tsv has the full features.
