Summary

Agent fails to create session using images without Backend.AI-specific metadata label

Steps to Reproduce

Push any non-Backend.AI specific image to registry
Rescan registry from Backend.AI
Try to start session from the loaded image

Expected Behavior

Session will start as usual

Actual Behavior

Session creation fails with error on Agent side

Logs/Errors

(check Giftbox issue for the traceback)
