No logo in WhatsApp Sticker drawer & animation frame duration

Hi, I am using latest version on MacOS and am encountering these two issues:

1. No sticker logo / tray icon in WhatsApp (using iOS 18.0.1, WhatsApp version 24.20.78, Sticker Maker Studio version 1.9.1).

2. Getting animation frame error when importing to WhatsApp:

Error message: One of the stickers in this sticker pack has an invalid frame duration.

My settings to generate the stickers are the default settings.

Sorry, I don't have devices that run iOS for me to test.

I did try to create sticker packs on macOS and import to Android WhatsApp, and I could not reproduce the behaviour.

Can you try using these sticker packs on your iOS device? issue205_1.zip

For the second problem, can you try to find the culprit sticker? You can first download the pack only and copy out the original stickers, then compress and create .wastickers from local directory with half of the pack, then see if it could be imported to WhatsApp. If unable to import, then the culprit is among that half pack, vice versa. Repeat until you find it.

Also, are you using beta version of WhatsApp? Does those problem still occur in latest official (non-beta) iOS WhatsApp?

I also have an Android phone and there's no issues there. I think it might be an iOS problem.

I tried the stickers in your zip file:

1. The tray icon issue is still there - the sticker packs do not show up in the icon bar on iOS WhatsApp; there are no issues on Android WhatsApp.

2. The BT21 Let's Speak Korean Hangul pack in your zip file also produces the frame animation error when I import it into iOS WhatsApp.

No, I am not using a beta version of WhatsApp - I am not in the beta program for iOS WhatsApp.

Can you try to find which sticker is causing problem 2 as mentioned above?
