The installation guild for this package is the following; however, this results in an error.

Pkg.clone("https://github.com/lanl-ansi/MINLPLib.jl.git")

For windows, at least, it should be the following line.

Pkg.add(url="https://github.com/lanl-ansi/MINLPLib.jl")
