No CSV route files appearing in GL menu

Description

I am unable to load any routes because none appear in the GL menu, although they are visible in the package installer menu. They are correctly installed and worked fine on previous versions of OpenBVE. The subfolders within my routes folder are visible. CSV files aren't visible outside of the Route folder either.

I have been unable to find my logs - but if someone can tell me how to with the GL menu I'll be happy to help!

I've done a little more digging and found this issue is also present in 1.11.0.7 but 1.11.0.6 works fine.

OK, that's rather odd...
The change in 1.11.0.7 that must be causing this, is that GL menu now deliberately validates that a file is a route before showing it.
This functionality works OK on Linux, so something a little odd is going on.

It wouldn't be generating a log at this point.

I'll try and figure this out, but it'll be later in the week before I get a proper chance to look into this.

These should now be appearing again, my apologies. (Basically, it was a case of files over 20kb being missing due to a missing check elsewhere)

I've also fixed an unrelated bug with textbox wrapping which could cause a freeze in the GL menu.

I'll probably be putting out a new release next week or so.
