The idea is to have multiple train.txt files, using a naming scheme (e.g. train_en-GB.txt, train_es-ES.txt, etc.) representing different languages. (in this case, en-GB for UK English, es-ES for Spanish, and so on)
If OpenBVE cannot find the corresponding train.txt file for the user's language, the default/english train.txt file will be used instead.
