Slow page loads on 30 second cycles

Hi,

I've been using Laragon for WordPress development for a long time. I have noticed that for larger and long lasting projects the page load times can be very high (20-30seconds). New projects are always loading fast.

I have tried all kinds of changes to hosts file, httpd.conf file and php.ini. I also tried fresh laragon install on the same device and copied this test site to this new installation. The load times are still high. I also installed LocalWP and its the same.

However I couldn't undestand one thing: the load times are very fast for specific time after one slow request. Eventually I noticed a pattern here. Every time after slow request the page load times are really fast for exactly 30 seconds (no matter what pages I'm loading). After 30 seconds slow request follows again. All this kind of sites works very fast on Cloudways web hosting environment so the problem should not be on the website itself.

Does anyone have some tips for debugging this problem?

This problem was related to WP plugin. No help needed anymore.
