Change the term Migrate App Path to Migrate Config Dir

Incorrect translation: Migrate App Path.

I realized after trying this out... that its actual function is to migrate your config dir, not the App Path which has a vague meaning at the moment.

In the meantime, I would suggest changing some of the corresponding strings in the code, but I am worried I cannot do this right, so I am using this issue as an alternative.
