feat: remove unnecessary direct dependency (#92)

Remove `iso-random-stream` direct dependency, use `randomBytes` API from
`@libp2p/crypto` instead.

`iso-random-stream` brings in `buffer` dependency which then needs to be
polyfilled when targeting the browser.
