Cannot download MAME or FBA thumbnails via Retroarch

Both hang up and never finish downloading. Using RA on Android TV.

They're both very large files but, in particular MAME is 6.8GB and the zip file is unlikely to be much less than that. If your Android device's storage is using FAT32 filesystem, then you're hitting the max file size limit (which is 4GB).
