Make inert if a project doesn't support glint? #6

I tried adding this as a default addon to the zed-ember extension which adds ELS to the Zed editor, but if the project isn't a glint one, it throws a bunch of errors.

In fact, the project is a mono repo where some of the projects do infact use glint, but others don't... so it seems like it's only available if all projects in the mono repo support glint.

How feasible is it to make the addon detect if a specific project uses glint, and if not we just disable the addon for the specific project?

@lougreenwood I'm proposing to wait for glint -> volarjs integration, it should be available as standalone LS.
typed-ember/glint#728
