I'm storing evidence in S3 and I wanted to use similar recipe to plaso_ts, but instead of FilesytemCollector use S3Collector (I prefer not to copy the files to the disk of the EC2 running dftimewolf)

Volatilty added support to cloud object-storage a while back (volatilityfoundation/volatility3#1037)
