Luaotfload v2.6-fix-6 -- Fix hang in node processor

This disables a class of features for which support is still experimental.

Fixes issue #322; thanks to @eg9, @davidcarlisle and @u-fischer who
helped tracking down the cause.

Luaotfload v2.6-fix-5 -- letterspacing, directionality

New release containing two fixes:

• Issue #318: bad handling of directionality due to a mismatch in node / whatsit types in Luatex < 0.85.0
• Issue #319: crash in the letterspacing routine

Luaotfload v2.6-fix-4 -- fix tlig

Thanks to @simifilm for reporting a rather embarassing leftover from
testing which resulted in an incomplete definition of the tlig feature.

Luaotfload v2.6-fix-3 -- loader fixes

• Pull latest fontloader
  • up-to-date version of the TL 2015-style loader
  • enhanced support for font feature definitions (keeping TL2014 compat)
• Several bugfixes and improvements:
  • Weird substitution feature behavior: #309
  • Letterspacing: #310
  • Not fixed, but not crashing any more: #303

Luaotfload v2.6-fix-2 -- fix for CTAN

No changes, this just includes the git tag in the status file
so the CTAN folks can validate the package.

Luaotfload v2.6-fix-1 -- fix loader packaging

This fixes a severe flaw in the packaging process which was uncovered
by Hironori Kitagawa and Akira Kakuto. As a consequence of this error,
the wrong files were compiled into the default fontloader, rendering it
unusable with Luatex 0.81 and above.

Luaotfload v2.6

Not quite punctual, the TeX Live 2015 release containing numerous
bugfixes and improvements.

Highlights:

• Fontloader code as of Context version 2015.11.19 19:13.
• Integration with Luatex-aware Latex format.
• Swappable fontloaders.
• Self-packaged fontloader leading to a smaller footprint and greatly
  reduced duplication (the upstream package is still available via
  config option.

Note to packagers: As of version 2.6, Luaotfload depends on the Lualibs
package (version 2.3).

Luaotfload v2.6 release candidate 2

Contains some bug fixes (many thanks to @davidcarlisle and @dohyunkim),
some improvements to the build infrastructure as well as to the documentation.

This is all very early stuff.

For testing, it’s probably wise to update the lualibs
to the current release candidate as well since we now depend
on it.
