Hey, I have noticed that many posts with YouTube videos aren't yet supported by Instant Articles. So, I was thinking what if we can publish Instant Articles only for those categories which are having no video posts inside.

Can you think of any such possibilities to add such options?

Thank you.

Even if they just let you select the categories it should include, I feel this would be a perfect way to deal with the issue of Youtube style posts.

Needs testing:

We might have accidentally built this. Try this url: http://www.yourblogname.com/category/{CAT-NAME}/feed/instant_articles

It should give you a feed of articles for just that category. Does that work for you? @bfrye26 @niteshmanav

It could allow us to use feedburner or something like that to build a feed of JUST the categories we want. Round about way of doing things, but I thank you all the same!

Okay, could not get feedbuner to work. Is there a way to combine the feeds that work into one feed that could then be submitted? I am okay with an outside feed service, but right now due to it not managing our video posts well, we are running into issues.

Just in case : if you use custom permalink, http://www.yourblogname.com/category/{CAT-NAME}/feed/instant_articles will not work. However http://www.yourblogname.com/?cat={CAT_ID}&feed=instant_articles works fine. You can even add several categories in feed : http://www.yourblogname.com/?cat={CAT_ID1},{CAT_ID2}&feed=instant_articles
This is native wordpress behaviour : https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds
