Documentation: Make active link in navbar always visible

Currently, when the page loads navbar scroll position is always 0 (picture 1), we need to scroll the active link into view when the application is mounted.

Current behavior
After refresh navbar scroll position after the refresh is always 0

Expected behavior
After the application was mounted navbar scroll position should change to make the active page visible.
