Currently the war has a setting to let you fight as a hippy or fratboy and some (otherwise undocumented) flags to say which side quests to do.
I'd instead like a flag that:
If empty/default: script will make its own choice on what path and side quests to take.
If used, will specify what war medal you want to win and the script can then pick which side and sidequests from there. Having things like "do the nuns trick" shouldn't be flags - the script should be able to calculate if it's likely to save turns and do it if then (as it does the writing desk trick automatically if you're able).
Options like "do arena" are not great as flags (but that's what it is now) since simply changing the side you want to fight (from fratboy to hippy) shouldn't force you to reevaluate and fix the six secondary flags like "do arena".
