Use Docker Remote API to talk to a Docker server. This means that the native client is not needed locally.

just wanted to update you with progress. worked though a bunch of stuff this weekend for tugboat. you perform most operations including ones that involve streaming responses like building an image. I think it should be able to get this into a publishable state soon

@softprops any progress? Unfortunately this doesn't work on OSX.
