Consolidation with effort in web code

Parallel development took place in a Materials Project private repository, with features that were intended to be upstreamed to the public repo. This has led to some components to be (such as PhaseDiagramComponent) out-of-sync with the latest development effort, whereas other components (such as PourbaixDiagramComponent) are not, and are the same in both. Some merging and refactoring is required, and this issue is to keep track for when this has been completed.
