Slider breaks/blocks scrolling on touchscreens #203

If you touch the slider on the phone because you want to scroll through you dashboard up-/downslids are blocked.
You are only able to slide left and right to change the slidervalue.

Same issue. Even when the slider is in "toggle" mode, it's not possible to scroll up/down by touching that button/card.
